Service terms for Hoteliums.com hotel SaaS customers.
These terms describe the expected use of Hoteliums.com software for PMS, channel manager, booking engine, guest services, staff workflows, reporting, implementation, and support.

1. Service Scope
Hoteliums.com provides hotel management software and related services that may include PMS workflows, room and reservation management, channel manager connections, direct booking engine features, guest portal tools, housekeeping, staff tasks, reporting, onboarding, configuration, and support.
2. Customer Accounts and Administrators
Each hotel customer is responsible for its account setup, authorized administrators, staff users, permissions, passwords, connected third-party accounts, and the accuracy of hotel, room, rate, tax, package, policy, guest, and booking information entered into the service.
3. PMS Responsibilities
Hotels are responsible for reviewing reservations, guest profiles, room assignments, check-in and check-out records, invoices, folios, housekeeping status, staff tasks, operational reports, and any manual adjustments made by hotel users.
4. Channel Manager Responsibilities
Channel manager features may synchronize availability, rates, restrictions, room types, booking details, modifications, and cancellations with selected booking channels. Hotels are responsible for checking channel settings, rate accuracy, overbooking risk, channel rules, commissions, taxes, cancellation policies, and any delays or failures reported by connected channels.
5. Booking Engine Responsibilities
For direct booking engine features, hotels are responsible for the accuracy of public room descriptions, prices, packages, promo codes, availability, cancellation terms, payment instructions, guest communications, and fulfilment of guest bookings.
6. Integrations and Third Parties
Integrations with OTAs, payment providers, messaging tools, accounting systems, door locks, identity tools, or other systems depend on third-party availability, APIs, credentials, permissions, and terms. Hoteliums.com is not responsible for third-party outages, data errors, policy changes, fees, or service decisions.
7. Subscription, Fees, and Changes
Subscription fees, setup charges, implementation scope, support levels, usage limits, and package details are defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, order form, or written agreement. Service features may evolve over time, and we may update workflows for performance, security, usability, compliance, or operational needs.
8. Customer Data
Hotels retain responsibility for guest, staff, booking, room, rate, invoice, operational, and business data entered into the service. Hoteliums.com processes customer data to provide, secure, support, improve, and maintain the service according to the Privacy Policy and any applicable written agreement.
9. Availability and Support
We aim to provide a reliable cloud service, but no SaaS platform can guarantee uninterrupted availability. Support may include troubleshooting, configuration help, training guidance, bug investigation, and integration coordination based on the customer's package and agreed scope.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or restrict access where required for security, non-payment, misuse, legal compliance, harmful activity, or material breach. After termination, access to the service may end and data retention or export may be handled according to the applicable agreement and legal requirements.
